The first Small Steps Big Difference Conference took place at Shrewsbury Town Football Ground on 3rd October 2023. The idea was for SAND Covenantees to share and learn from their work to be more inclusive of older and old LGBT+ people across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. They inspired each other and attendees who are considering signing the Covenant.
